When investors saw the opportunity to purchase a large removals company they approached us to provide an element of the funding required.
Complicating matters, the company operated across multiple sites throughout the UK and had a significantly sized fleet making asset inspection and appraisal costly and time-consuming. Additionally, there were several lenders involved in the transaction creating additional paperwork and delays.
Using our knowledge and expertise we were able to provide a facility alongside several other lenders, secured on older vehicles and trailers that they were unwilling to consider.
By being flexible and assessing each case on it’s merits, along with our substantial experience navigating these kinds of transaction, we were able to provide the final tranche of funding that enabled the purchase to go ahead.
