We provide finance for equipment to limited companies whose registered office is in England or Wales.

We provide facilities between £10,000 and £150,000.

We finance ‘traditional’ equipment such as cars, LCVs, HGVs, trailers, yellow plant, manufacturing machinery, forestry machinery and non-digital printing equipment.

Yes. We actively support businesses with adverse credit issues such as CCJs, HMRC arrangements, CVAs, and those in ‘turnaround’, as well as businesses with better credit histories.

No. We only provide facilities for business customers where the equipment is for business use.

Once we have received all the information we require we aim to provide you with an underwritten offer (where appropriate) within 2 working days. Funds can be released in as little as 24 hours from signing of the paperwork.

We need information on the borrower, such as the latest accounts, 6 months bank statements, Data protection forms for Directors and details of the equipment we are being asked to finance.

We normally require Directors to provide a personal guarantee for any facilities we provide.

Each application is assessed on its own merit and priced accordingly.

There is no charge to settle an agreement early. However, as with most Hire Purchase or Finance Lease agreements, the balance at any time is the total repayments remaining (i.e the capital and interest), not just the capital.

Most lending to limited companies is not a regulated activity and as such we are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. However, as is the case for most small business lending borrowers may be eligible to take any complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

We have also voluntarily signed up to the SME Finance Charter.

We’re very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service you’ve received. In the first instance, please contact us during office hours and we will discuss your complaint with you. Our Complaints Policy can be found here.
