This Spring we’ve been helping lots of small businesses to improve their cash flow situation. Here’s an example of a construction company in Wales who needed a cash injection to enable them to fulfill upcoming contracts. We worked closely with directors to understand exactly what they needed and structured a refinance deal which only required one Personal Guarantee, whereas another lender had requested two.
